Outpace Parkinson's

Outpace Parkinson's is a yoga app specially designed for people with Parkinson's Disease. The app contains video demonstration of yoga poses, yoga preparation, meditation, body scanning and more guided by Dr. Sanjay Raghav. The yoga videos will help patients to slowdown the progression of the disease and will help to improve balance, gait and control of other motor symptoms associated with Parkinson's Disease.

Dr. Sanjay Raghav is Associate Professor at RMIT and Senior Lecturer at Monash University, Melbourne. Dr Raghav has special interest in Movement Disorders which include tremors, Parkinson's Disease, Tics, Dystonia and Huntington's Disease. He is a Yoga Teacher and Visiting Professor at SVYASA Yoga University in India. He has developed a special Yoga and Wellness program for Parkinson's Patients and conducts weekly Yoga and mindfulness Classes in and around Melbourne.
